### What is CSPX1?

CSPX-1 is a Swiss-structured, tokenized certificate issued by the Colb CPT Trust that provides onchain economic exposure to pre-IPO SpaceX shares.

Each CSPX-1 token tracks and is fully backed by the value of the underlying SpaceX shares held through the SPV.

In practice, holding a CSPX-1 token gives holders economic exposure to the performance and growth of SpaceX.
