Deposits and redemptions are only permitted during predefined open periods, which align with different market factors and controlled liquidity windows typical of pre-IPO assets. Outside of these periods, user actions are restricted to ensure fair access. ### Deposit Cancellation The users are able to cancel their own deposit request in the active deposits phase. A cancellation fee could be applied if previously configured by the system operator.
Deposit cancellations initiated by the admin do not apply cancellation fees. ### Time of Purchase In case a deposit is made the users have full rights for cancellation of their deposit in the range of the active deposit phases. The user who cancels his deposit will pay an early exit fee. The operators can cancel user's deposit anytime without any fee application on the user's deposits.
