# Eligibility Requirements

Who can access Colb Liquids?

Access to the system is granted only if a user passes two sequential checks:

1\. Sanctions Verification

* Checks the account against the [Chainalysis Sanctions list](https://go.chainalysis.com/chainalysis-oracle-docs.html) and internal Colb Blacklist.
* Sanctioned: Access denied.
* Not Sanctioned: Proceed to whitelist verification.

2\. Whitelist Level Verification

* Checks if the account meets the required whitelist level.
* Insufficient Level: Access denied.
* Sufficient Level: Access granted.
