Colb is an on-chain financial infrastructure suite built by a Swiss-based team bringing decades of experience across private markets, regulatory compliance, and blockchain infrastructure. The platform enables cross-border payments and the distribution of tokenized investment products, combining the openness of blockchain infrastructure with the integrity of institutional finance.\

Colb's investment layer is powered by Tokenized Structured Products (TKSPs), which deliver tokenized exposure to traditionally gated investment opportunities such as pre-IPO companies, institutional wealth management strategies, and premium investment funds.

To support this infrastructure, Colb leverages bankruptcy-remote trust structures that exclusively issue the on-chain assets powering its services, including the $USC stablecoin and TKSPs.
